Description

A VFREEBUSY request with a VTIMEZONE in it causes an error as the server thinks the component contains two "real" components instead of just one (+ timezones).

Reverted in r1528. Actually iTIP requires that there is no VTIMEZONE in a VFREEBUSY request. The client must not send one so the server is right to verify that.
