Defaults are not set for apache basic (and digest) directory service?

This actually isn't a linux only problem, all directory services except for XML and OD are missing the necessary defaults in twistedcaldav/config.py

Apache DS stopped being supported a long time ago. It's not rich enough for some of the info we need, unfortunately.
