Trying to log on to secure port gives errors, while plaintext login on insecure port works fine

Attempting to log into caldav on the secure port with Lightning gives:

Error number: 0x804a0301

However, Lightning still allows the creation of the calendar. Restarting Lightning allows access to the calendar, and creating events seems to work fine.

Trying the same with Mulberry (following the instructions in the wiki) gives:

Could not list calendars: Unauthorized

Error in the log shows up as:

'Authentication failed: nonce-count is not a valid hex string: None'

Using the same credentials with an unsecure login on the unsecure port works fine.
