Add documentation containing matrix to compare calendar server features, etc. to other calendars

Would be nice to see how this project compares to other both standards-compliant (some discussed here:  http://forums.whirlpool.net.au/forum-replies-archive.cfm/592510.html ) and non-standards-compliant (Microsoft, Oracle, Lotus,...) calendar servers. It might also be helpful just as an internal reference to see how the competition matches up. Even a link to a 3rd party review would be great (if there was one). Can't wait to see the Linux version and how it compares to Bedework, etc.

OK, we don't plan on doing comparisons with other servers; that's up to other sites, reviewers, etc.
