launchctl error

I am following the instructions on the Macworld Article for setting up DCS, when I execute the ./run -d, I get the following error. I have read the few posts on the issue, but I cannot get past this error. I am running 10.5.6 (a fresh install with all updates) Line 297 in the referenced file talks about DICT being deprecated, but that leads me nowhere. Sorry I am new at this.

raise AttributeError, attr

AttributeError: append launchctl bsexec failed: No such file or directory

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can you provide a full stack trace? I don't know who called into plistlib.py here.
